​All golf lessons are undertaken by the client at their own risk and Wychwood Golf Academy will assume the the client has been deemed sufficiently fit and healthy to participate.

All golf lessons, whether individual, part of a package or group series are bookable subject to availability.

Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours prior to a booked lesson will be charged or deducted from a package or plan.

Lessons bought as part of a package are not refundable and are valid for a period of 12 months from the initial purchase.

 

Monthly Game Improvement Plans are set as a minimum signup period of 3 months. After this time, the subscription can be stopped at any point

Gift Vouchers are transferable but not refundable and are valid for a period of 12 months from the initial purchase.
